New Haven - the best race ever!
Just a short report for now, more to follow. I had a great time and a great "time"! I ran a personal best of 1:46 for a 20K and was very happy with that finish. More details to follow, have to go put the kids to bed!
I've just spent quite a while going through a lot of your posts here. For the record, I would never have imagined a lot of the things I've read here after meeting you yesterday. To me, you seemed to just radiate positive energy.
